RISE  is 7’ x 14’ curving steel, concrete and glass form that is installed at Fire Station #5 in Red Deer Alberta.

It comprises photo images and text applied to over 3600 hand cut, painted and printed pieces of kiln fired glass.

Images that speak to the history of Emergency Services in Red Deer  and to the current realities of the department are featured.
